Step 1

Communication

We start with your idea, brand logo, and preferred colors or styles. Based on this, we help match suitable fabrics (like bamboo, organic cotton, or Tencel), build a size chart, and create fit samples for your review.

At the same time, we design label and packaging artwork that fits your branding. Fabric swatches and lap dips (for solid colors) are also provided to confirm the final look and feel before moving forward.

Step 2

Sample Making

Once everything is approved, we create a complete tech pack — including measurements, materials, construction details, trims, and packaging. This ensures production stays aligned with your expectations.

If prints or colors are involved, we’ll confirm strike-offs or lap dips with you in advance. After your final confirmation, we prepare for bulk production.

Step 3

Mass Production

Our factory manages the full production process: fabric prep, dyeing or printing, cutting, sewing, label application, and finishing.

Throughout, we apply strict quality control measures — including in-line checks, needle detection, and AQL 2.5 inspections — to make sure every piece meets your standards, especially for baby and children’s wear.

Step 4

Shipping

Once production is complete and inspected, we pack and ship according to your preference — by air (about 5 days) or sea (about 20 days to the USA).

Even after delivery, we stay in touch to gather feedback, support your next steps, and ensure a smooth, long-term partnership.
